China blocks OpenVPN protocol
China started blocking OpenVPN protocol. If you are having issues connecting from China please try switching protocol.
Customers on the VyprVPN Premium plan have access to our proprietary Chameleon protocol. Here are instructions to Change Protocol to Chameleon.
The Chameleon protocol is not available to customers on the VyprVPN plan. To change your plan please follow the instructions here. If your preference is your existing VyprVPN plan we recommend that you try switching to other protocols such as L2TP or PPTP.

Due to increased support volume we recommend exhausting all the above instructions first. We thank you for your patience.
Netflix blocks access for VyprVPN users
As of Jan 22nd 2018, we have seen a significant rise in reports of users being unable to stream Netflix while connected to VyprVPN. This is particularly impacting servers in the US.

Customers have seen success with disconnecting and reconnecting to get a new IP address or trying multiple different server locations in the regions they are interested in streaming from.
