Note: As of VyprVPN for iOS version 2.12 on iOS 9, you are no longer required to install the certificate profile unless you attempt to connect to a personal VyprVPN Server. Users on iOS 8 will still need to install a profile in order to use the app. If you have a profile installed, you can use the steps below to assist you in removing it for troubleshooting purposes.
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
-
Tap General.
-
Tap Profile.
-
Here you will see any configuration profiles installed on your device (there might be several). Tap on the one named VyprVPN or VyprVPN Certificate.
-
Tap on Delete Profile, then Confirm that you would like to delete this profile by tapping Delete again.
You have now uninstalled your VPN profile associated with VyprVPN.
