How can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

If you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account, you can access the Account tab in the control panel located at:

After logging in with your username and password, access the 'Account' tab on the left side.  To upgrade or downgrade your account level, click 'Change Account Level' beneath the service you wish to modify.
