Support for VyprVPN Router App

In general, there are more variables at play when using our app on your router compared to using our desktop or mobile apps. Tomato by Shibby is open-source firmware and has an ever-growing list of supported routers, many of which we have not tested. During development we tested the following routers on vanilla Tomato installs: Linksys E3200, Asus RT-N66U, and the Netgear Nighthawk R7000.

While you are welcome to use any compatible router you wish, we cannot guarantee functionality of the app on any router due to the open-source nature of the firmware, different local network configurations, and router settings customizations outside of the installed app.

That said, should you need help, we will assist you with any issues related to the VyprVPN Router App to the best of our ability.

You can send in a support request through the app by clicking the Support tab under the VyprVPN section. Fill out your name, email address, and a description of the issue. It is recommended to have the "Include connection log" box checked so that the support team can review your logs and assist with any technical issues you may be experiencing. Click Send to submit the request. A member of the support team will then follow up with you via email shortly.
