Upgrade or Downgrade Plan Levels with iTunes Subscriptions

If you subscribed to VyprVPN from an iOS device and selected iTunes as your payment method, you would have subscribed to the VyprVPN Pro plan. If at any time you wish to switch plans, follow the steps below.

1. Disable Automatic Renewal for the VyprVPN subscription on your iOS device. Click here and follow the steps in the related article.

2. Log into the Golden Frog Control Panel and update your billing information to another form of payment. Currently, you cannot continue to pay through iTunes for other plan levels.

  • Once logged into the control panel, click the Account tab.
  • Then, click the Edit link next to the Billing Info heading.
  • Select a method of payment and fill in the requested information.

3. Back on the Account tab in the Control Panel, click Change Account Level.

4. Select your desired plan level and term length.

5. The new plan level will take place when your current billing cycle ends. From then on, your new payment method will be charged.
