Some networks in China may have difficulty reaching our app API, thus preventing you from logging into the app. To circumvent this, we recommend establishing a manual connection to the VPN. Once you are connected manually, return to the VyprVPN app and attempt to log in again.
After logging into the app, you will want to disconnect your manual connection before you establish a new connection in the VyprVPN app.
If you find that you are still unable to log in, or if you are having difficulties connecting manually, please first verify that your credentials are correct by logging into your Golden Frog Control Panel, and then contact support.
