This PPTP error indicates that the VPN server is unreachable. This is typically a result of security software interference or Internet connectivity issues.
- Refresh your network and ensure you are able to connect to the Internet.
- Ensure that PPTP pass-through is enabled on your router.
- Temporarily disable your firewall and/or other security software.
