China blocks OpenVPN protocol
China started blocking OpenVPN protocol at 2:30 CST (Friday, Jan 12th 2018). If you are having issues connecting from China please try switching protocol.
Customers on the VyprVPN Premium plan have access to our proprietary Chameleon protocol. Here are instructions to Change Protocol to Chameleon.
The Chameleon protocol is not available to customer on the VyprVPN plan. To change your plan please follow the instructions here. If your preference is your existing VyprVPN plan we recommend that you try switching to other protocols such as L2TP or PPTP.
