If you subscribed to VyprVPN from an iOS device and selected iTunes as your payment method, you can freely change your Renewal Option from your iOS settings, as well as Upgrade or Downgrade service.
- On your device, tap 'Settings'.
- Tap 'iTunes & App Store'.
- Tap on your 'Apple ID'.
- Tap 'View Apple ID'. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Tap the monthly or yearly plan you desire to switch to. Once your current billing cycle has ended, the new plan that was selected will begin.
Note: Yearly to Monthly conversations with iTunes payments will not be provided a prorated credit on their account, but will continue the paid year of service before switching to the Monthly term.
