Why doesn't VyprVPN work on LTE when it works on Wi-Fi?

Many mobile LTE providers now offer IPv6 connections for their mobile devices. VyprVPN currently doesn't offer support for IPv6, causing the possibility for some users to experience connection issues. To resolve this issue, you will need adjust the APN settings on your device to “IPv4/IPv6” or “IPv4”.

  1. Open your devices “Settings”
  2. Click on “Networks”
  3. Click “Mobile Networks”
  4. Click “Access Point Names”
  5. Select “IPv4” or “IPv4/IPv6”

Note: These steps may vary depending on device and network. If you have further questions about changing your APN settings, please contact your mobile provider.

If you need any further assistance, please contact support.
