What is Error 691?

Operating Systems Affected: Windows (all)

This error is caused by a login and/or password validation failure. It can also be caused if there is an active VyprVPN connection and a new connection is attempted.

Solution:

  1. Verify the login and password are correctly typed with correct capitalization.
  2. Ensure that you do not already have an active connection on another device. Login to the customer control panel to verify connection status and that your account is active.
  3. Log out of the application and log back in.
