Cyphr does not automatically save attachments that you receive to your Camera Roll. Attachments are only stored within Cyphr unless you explicitly choose to save them to your Camera Roll.
To save an attachment to your Camera Roll, tap the attachment thumbnail in your conversation to open it in full screen view. Select the Save button on the full screen view and the attachment will be saved to your Camera Roll.
