How can I purchase additional user seats?

If you have filled all of your active seats, you have the ability to purchase additional seats directly from your control panel. Follow the instructions below to complete this action. 

To add the accounts: 

  1.  Log in to the control panel: 
  2. Select the Account tab on the left navigation pane  
  3. Under Services, select the option to Manage Users  
  4. Click the + button to add the additional accounts  
  5. Your payment source on file will be charged for the additional accounts (This will be pro-rated to map the billing start/end date)
