Error 6024 is a TLS negotiation failure error that occurs when it takes too long to receive a response from the server when attempting to connect. This usually can be caused by latency from your local network or interference from antivirus/firewall software.
Please first temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software you are running and attempt your connection again. If the issue persists, I would recommend attempting to connect using an alternative protocol such as PPTP or L2TP to see if you experience similar issues.
We also recommend to please refresh your network using the following steps:
1. Unplug power cables from modem and router
2. Wait 30 seconds, plug modem in
3. Wait 30 seconds, plug router in
4. Wait 30 seconds, network is now refreshed.
